With over 15 years in the education space, and a degree in Political Science, Rhea has an unmitigated advantage in understanding the parent/student interface as well as setting realistic expectations within the student community. Having worked with some of the finest institutes such as The Shri Ram School, Moulsari, University of Warwick & IDP Education Limited, she is equipped with a skill set to guide students to take ownership of their goals, simplify their college application process and define long term career planning. She has a fine understanding with university expectations, alumni engagement and institutional partnerships. She is pursuing her interest for supporting and mentoring young people as she has the ability to connect with students in a realistic manner and at the same time can reassure parents about their concerns. In her free time, she’s most likely to be working out, sipping on americano’s or listening to some relaxing music. 

Kanika Marwaha is an educator who seeks to instil deep understanding in students, the kind of learning that they’ll carry with them the rest of their lives. She defines herself as someone who thinks this attribute is central to all facets of guidance and counselling - from a student/parent interaction to training counsellors in lead schools.

Her role as an educator has transcended from schools to universities and Boards of educational institutions.  At the outset demonstrated in her educational background in Psychology (Bachelor’s,  Masters and MPhil) to being the educator on the Board of PEC Institute of Technology. Within the frame of higher education, she has been invited to deliver her expertise and insights in various seminars and conferences, including the World Economic Forum: India’s “Iconic women for creating a better world for all”.
